Terms and conditions of obtaining and use of one-day free ski pass from the Gopass program

(also described as free ski pass in the points below)

 

  1. Every Skiandbikes.com customer who has paid for their purchase and confirmed their interest in a free ski pass in the order form is entitled to one free one-day ski pass from the Gopass program, according to the current offer for the 2024/2025 winter season.
     
  2. The minimum value of one purchase to qualify for a free ski pass is EUR 80.
     
  3. The customer is only entitled to a free ski pass once during the 2024/2025 winter season. In the case of repeated purchases by the same customer during the 2024/2025 winter season, this customer is not entitled to request a free ski pass, or the customer is directly obliged to notify in the order form or by email that he has already obtained a free ski pass from the Gopass program for purchase at Skiandbikes.com in the 2024/2025 season.
    For this promotion, the e-shop operator reserves the right to refuse the right to receive a free ski pass to a customer whose order details (e.g. address of residence / registered office or delivery address or email address or telephone number) match another order of another customer who is already in received a free ski pass in the same season, or to a customer whose order he suspects has been split into multiple orders for the sole purpose of obtaining free ski passes.
     
  4. A customer who is entitled to a free ski pass will receive a voucher with a unique code from the operator of the Skiandbikes.com e-shop after payment of the purchase together with the delivery of the goods. After registering and logging into the GOPASS program on the www.gopass.travel portal, you must go to the GOPASS coupons section and apply the unique code you have obtained. During this process, the customer also selects the specific ski resort to which he wants to receive a free ski pass and the validity date of the ski pass. You can only choose ski passes from a limited range of resorts intended for Skiandbikes.com customers, namely the Ještěd resort or one of two others according to the current offer after applying the code in the GOPASS coupons section.
     
  5. The generated voucher and subsequently obtained ski pass are non-transferable and are only valid in the 2024/2025 winter season. The use of the free ski pass depends on the operating hours of the selected ski resort from the Gopass program.
     
  6. The claim for a free ski pass, the generated free ski pass voucher and the ski pass obtained on its basis cannot be paid out in cash or otherwise refunded.
     
  7. If, for any reason, the customer does not use the voucher for a free ski pass or if he does not use the ski pass obtained based on it, he is not entitled to any compensation, refund, or transfer of the validity of the voucher or ski pass to other winter seasons. This applies to any reasons beyond the control of the operator of the online store Skiandbikes.com. Typically, e.g. closing the center due to lack of snow, other operational reasons, restriction of the center's operation due to force majeure or regulations and legal regulations from the state, etc.
    Based on the above, non-use of a voucher for a free ski pass or a ski pass obtained on its basis is not a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.
     
  8. Legal enforcement of the right to a free ski pass, a free ski pass voucher, and a free ski pass within the Gopass program are excluded.
     
  9. Promotion is valid by 31. 3. 2025 or until further notice. The operator of the Skiandbikes.com e-shop reserves the right to end the event prematurely at any time, including the expiration of already issued vouchers for free ski passes and possibly already registered ski passes within the Gopass program without the right to any compensation. Information about the early termination of the event or the validity of already issued vouchers for free ski passes will be published exclusively on the website of the Skiandbikes.com e-shop.
     
  10. At the same time, the e-shop operator reserves the right to refuse the right to obtain a ski pass for free to an individual specific customer, even without giving a reason and the right to any compensation.
